I heard that due to some MCC issue it doesn't give 5% on Cleartrip, is this fixed ?

Are you sure ? I see option of promo Code / Gift voucher before seat selection. By default CTSAVER code is applied.
If Cleartrip GV can't be used then I will have to buy Amazon GV and use Apay wallet during checkout
