Does spigen mobile case carry warranty?

Friends, I bought spigen neo hybrid case for my sister's iphone 12 in May '22. She didn't put on the case for few months and only last month she put and now the outer red coloured bumper protector has chipped off from one side without any fall or damage. I wonder if spigen cases carry any warranty, and, if yes, how to avail?

If that case is purchased from Spigen online store then it should've 2 years of limited manufacturer warranty. Not sure about the other online stores or ecomm. You can submit a ticket regarding your mobile case on Spigen and they will surely get back to you.

Just an update.. I created ticket 2 days back but no one has reverted on email or call.
