Two Very Easy way we can make Ghee at home.
1st - accumulate cream after boiling milk (more cream if kept in freeze, not defreez)
keep cream in container in freeze (you can more accumulate on daily basis)
after a week, heat this Cream (low frame) with some rice(it help in less residues)
You will Feel its just by smell (got Ghee)🥰
2nd - Best way,
Same Accumulated cream,
now heat it for 2 mint.
put some Curd in middle as starter, now don't keep in freeze.
next day(cream becomes curd) put some ice in it, churn it(you can use blender/wooden hand masher)
now you get a Yellow butter, and a Whitish milky(Chaas)
now heat(low frame) this yellow butter(got Ghee)🥰

Pussy cat 🥰
Was 🤔 thinking. If someday their will be ban on packaged ones, will it shoot up inflation?
Like organics, without adulteration ones , without preservatives ones are costlier 4/5x.
inflation rose but just for few month(and its hard for india like, but we tackle this by ban in systematic way)
Organic are costier due less production (about 1% of conventional item) longer production time, certification cost, limited scale and distribution. and when all these brand making organic then all these item goes cheaper.
Going by this logic we should also make Organic Vegetables, Own pressed oils, Own Spices etc.
Is it even possible??
organic vegetables can be difficult if someone doesn't have a lawn or balcony. But getting cold pressed oil is easy , you can procure mustard seeds or groundnut and get them pressed .
Making spices is also easy, we usually buy whole spices from bigbasket (their bb organic quality is quite good from our experience ) and grind them at home. Much better than packed garam masala because most of those contain high salt (because that's cheap), at home we don't add salt.
You can change composition and make different kinds of masala at home with full customisation
Cost also remains around same for packed ones . Usually elderly people in house do all this stuff , also keeps them busy

yes, Milk we getting these days are really horrible, even we get from cowherd, they all injected their cows for producing heavy milk, (these days girls reached puburity early than their age, due to these medicines which is a side-effects), package milk are more terrifying than cowherd's. and the irony is Govt. knows all things and gave clearance to these brands.
Truth is cow can't gives milk daily same quantity, most of only cow haveing their calf can only produce milk.
