Don’t trust Redbus. They deal with unprofessional bus operators and you may lose your ticket amount and they may kill your travel plan as well. Look for better operators such as easemytrip, makemytrip ext… or you have better alternatives bus booking apps …
Poor customer support as well. They just favour the bus operator.
