Hi everybody ,please Don't use paytm .why iam saying this because a big scam is happened to me ..on 26th of May I have ordered dryfruits in one website.My amount got Debited through paytm but after some time the page was unavailable.Nextday on 27th one of the paytm customer care Fraud called me and said we will Refund your money 587rs but its not true after half an hour I got a msg that 44000 rs Debited from my account immediately I have called the fraud it's not reachable.till iam trying so many times mobile is switched off...Worst paytm .I don't want to give 1 star also...

Could you elobrate more?
1) in which website you ordered dry fruit?
2) what was used for payment UPI/wallet/card?
3) which page went unavailable?
4) from which number did you get the call?
5) what details were asked/shared over call?
Can u explain in details how paytm is involved in it.
@nsuhrudaya811 Looking at the Case description its high chance you have been scammed by a scammer and probably in name of paytm. Every bank says 10 times a day never share OTP , CVV or any Card details with anyone, probably the website from which you ordered is a scam website , they got your contact number , the amount you purchased with that they might have called and scammed you by getting your bank / card details and thus losing the money from account.
Please elaborate what happened and as per RBI if you have complained within 3 days that you have been scammed there is high chance you get the money Back.

How this 44000 is debited with a call? What details u shared over the call please share here too, not payment details.
