Dont buy from paytm..worst ever after sales service

Please don’t purchase any mobile from this site . They sold gray market products and on the bill which they provides you will not see the IMEI number for the mobile device.

I am sure all of you know the importance of IMEI number on invoice. The official service center for the the brand’s will not entertain you until you have the bill with IMEI number.

Paytm doesn’t have any customer care number where you can directly contact, the only available communication path left for the customer is via email. They also don’t bother to respond customers query on priority.

So please don’t buy any mobile from this site although they are available with competitive rates.
