Doubt regarding Onecard Valueback

Dear Dimers,
I activated the "20% Valueback" offer at reliance Smart store. within 30 minutes I swiped and done payment with onecard of 940 Rs. But the cashback not credited as promised. they gave me only 18.80 points. I thought I would get around 200 rs worth points. can someone confirm How much points I should get for this transaction and what is the exact the meaning of valueback. This is my first ever transaction with onecard and I feel cheated.

Valueback point gets credit after 1 week if it is shown pending in the offer around you section.
No Valueback showing as pending bro
I also did txn on 14th Jan , till now points not credited
How much have you received, it was showing 14% value back but got only 10% value back.
What is the use of those points?
Same i have done with dmart and not received any cashback, only usual points for the transaction. So I contacted Onecard they said it will be credited within 10 days from the transaction date. If not credited then raise the complaint
