email them to either downgrade or close it. You escalate to appellate dept later if not done.

Hi mate,
Except Infinia, ALL cards can be downgraded. Infinia has a clause in their application form that it cannot be downgraded.
I’ve personally downgraded from Regalia to Regalia First LTF.

I also want to.downgrade from regalia.. don’t want to pay 2500 fees as it is not good anymore.. I have other cards for lounge access which are LTF
