Bhai pehle jamane mai baans ya black pipe marte the, kuch fasa hua nikal jata tha.
Khud se ho toh thek else call plumber or municipality they are expert on cleaning.
dontuse acid, it may damage the pipe
If acid and drainex not working then only plumber can help
Try 2-3 times again with dranex & Hot water; if all the trials fail, it is time to call a Plumber. Good Luck
If all above methods doesn't work, then definitely some OBJECT might be stuck in the system somewhere.
Water pipe insert karo paani chaalu karke aur use aage peeche karte raho dheere dheere, all kachra will come to your side slowly slowly, ignore the smell and dirty water. Keep on doing it from both open sides of pipe, blockage will open. It keeps happening in our kitchen sink drain pipe because of two bends and I keep following this as routine to clean up 😥
Get some old dish cable wires. You will find them lying discarded on building terraces everywhere. These cables have the enough stiffness and flexibility to be pushed through pipes and can follow bend turns with some effort. Try pushing such a cable through the pipe.

Use this plastic filter then frequency of clogging would cut to 1/10th. Kitchen sink ke liye perfect solution hai.
And your formula of using pipe with opening water taps is sureshot solution, my dad uses that 😅
but after using these plastic filters, the blockage happens rarely(1-2 times a year)

Yes this is there, a steel one with finer mesh, but our maid is an evil one 🥺 Despite several reminders, she keeps removing it while washing utensils, so some kachra enters it. Also, in kitchen pipe a special kind of greasy goo lumps are formed, maybe due to floor, oil, ricewater combining which becomes hard like plastered blocks that needs to be removed from time to time.

This is what gets stuck in kitchen pipes under the tiles and blocks the water flow. Maybe its some mixture of leftover flour, potato/rice starch, detergent chemical, oil, and some microbial action. It becomes harder like plaster of paris if you keep it aside.
Toilet
Bath
Kitchen/wash area?
Organic matter may still decompose a bit.
Unless long peels of fruits, veggies or fibres are stuck.
But few decades back, one of our neighbour's landlords had to call the plumbers.
And the plumbers gave a look of disappointment after retrieving hair bunch stuck up in bathroom nahmi trap opening
and sanitary napkins the toilet pipe junction with sewage pipe.
Sometimes people misuse or are not careful in how to use stuff.
Use Costic Soda to clean drainage but if not work then you need get it cleared by plumber.

If all above methods doesn't work, then definitely some OBJECT might be stuck in the system somewhere.
