The trick is first book hotel with the filter of free cancelation then after payment cancel the booking u will get refund in ur bank account via BHIM upi app(rupay card to bank trick). After cancellation Easemytrip says this is non refundabal amount.

Cancellation policy is free cancellation within their given date. The OP did not check this and made the booking of2-3 days later date or tomorrow... Where to be on safe side he had to book 4-5 months later date. Some hotels dont give refund even if cancelled one months before.. so to be on safe side he had to cancel 2-3 months before date.
Only option if you complaint about your credit card hacked or loss and someone done transaction without your permission this issue tell credit card bank and they will immediately block your card also you need register FRI for credit card hack then only your amout refund due to unauthorised transation which possible to refund via this way
