I purchased mobile from amazon on ICIC coral EMi with old phone exchange but my old phone rejected so i need the information after emi purchased product cancellation process
i mean do i need to call the bank to cancel my emi are there any charges etc. or the amaount will auto settle ?

Order cancelled nah. Generally it is autocancelled, unless the bill has already generated. If bill generated then you will need to contact customer care.
