My colleague got a job in other company.
Employer asking to sign a bond (2 years). If he quits before 2 years, then he need to pay 3 months salary.
Does anyone have any idea on how official is that. Can anyone force someone to work???
This happens with every MNC

U know that’s great. It is awesome to be ur own boss Ur own time, efforts and returns. Hardly any impact from outside world except those from foes and competitors
Challenges come to test u and u can overcome it by ur karmas
U r at the comfort zone of ur own.

Banks and PSU 2
— Maybe not in state and central government not sure
I dont have any idea about bank jobs but all these top tier companies require an agreement of min 2 years like TCS, infosys so n so..
I remember few of my friends paying like around 50000-100000 when they decided to break the agreement
So, if we are looking for a temporary job or the company is not so great then its best to skip those jobs which require 1 or 2 years agreement
@sunnie dnt worri, sign for agreement and join companies have other works to do, for security purpose they will ask to sign, so he shd not jump in between….

With only 2 books in hand ( CSats 1 and 2 by TMH)
U know what is TMH many of the books are printed from this publication like in IIT-JEE organic which is the only hated subject.
Guess, who is that person ???

I am sorry to say but from your overall comments here on DD, you seem to be egocentric.

Be it I shld not care. My friends do know what I am and I am be proud of it
At least I am not corrupt and I hold the real value of karma in DD.
Karma ko kuch senior dimers ne karma nhi Mandir ka prashad samaj rakha hai. Jitna bato utna punya milega.
huh ???
Trans : karma no longer hold its value in DD. It is as if considered as a temples blessing. The more u share, more will be the blessings.
Don’t u say, u had never guven any1 any karmas as freefund. Just because of some senior dimers, fraud happens. Take an example @John Abraham and last warning dont let me throw some light more on this else some senior dimers will get get exposed
C.C : @hese @Beinghuman @B@R_0_0_D @Spock @admin @anthrax.ut @DealSeeker
what’s ur take ? There is a lot of misuse with karmas than its actual usage in DD, only if I can ask u to opine

What r u upto ? Y so concern abt me if it is not then, i take it as a challenge of course
Anyways, it was many years since my friends suggested just like u do it NowAnyways let me tell u a story. There was this guy who went to Delhi for UPSC preparation. Probably not to become an IAS officer. It was month of March just before 2 months for C-SAT (first entrance test for civil aspirants to clear in order to go for mains)
He hardly knew anything so he visited different places in old rajendra place and old mukherjee Nagar. It was a market of coaching centres where the thinking is still prevelant that, “if u don’t join any coaching class, u can’t clear one of the toughest exam in the world”
This boy was having nothing but devotion and determination and Adrenaline Rush ( search it on Google, I am no @Spock )
Though he wasted a week for the lookout. With only 2 books in hand ( CSats 1 and 2 by TMH)
U know what is TMH many of the books are printed from this publication like in IIT-JEE organic which is the only hated subject. I was curious y was it even introduced in the syllabus as what can I gain out of it ?Anyways, coming back. So he studied it by heart leaving history and geography as it is quite vast to complete in 2 months. He got into addiction of smoking and drinking and one of his friends even challenged that he can’t clear C-SAT as every one knows it is impossible to clear is you r skipping history and geography. So an agreement was signed between a him and his delhitie aspirant if he is unable to clear the his friends are liable to beat his head with any shoes of their choice ( I think they were inspired from sholay )
So he appeared for the exam in Mumbai centre (sion) he was born . it was a school which I don’t remember.
Results came and he was selected. He filled out the form for mains and the exam was held. He was only on his notes and newspaper, the Indian express cos he believed that is a must.
Appeared mains happily. And he choose his optional as history ( can u believe it ? )
Later he was facing with liver abscess. By the time his friend can do any good for him, his right liver was almost double the size of his left)
On urgent basis he went to Mumbai for treatment.
It took him 15 days to recover and then when he was discharged, mains results were announced and he was selected.
Guess, who is that person ?

My observation about UPSC: Prelims can be cleared with only studying NCERT and GK. And clearing the both exams also heavily depends upon luck. I am saying that because every few years they neglect a certain portion of syllabus or ask a large number of questions from certain area. So, I have seen many students who cleared UPSC talking about how they had not touched so and so areas and luckily that year they didn’t ask a single question from there. Anyway, not a matter worth discussing now.

It is simple to predict and eventually that leads to assumption. Assumption creates doubt and doubts lead to ….. Guess
Every dad shld b a hero to his son just like every human shld be his/ her soul
This story is of a dimer and a real story. Great people can’t surpass a ladder without falling
That is y I asked dimers to guess. Some do know as who is that dimer
Good night

True. NCERT and GK is more than sufficient enough to clear prelims or CSAT. If u had paid attention in ur classroom(6-12 grade) then u dont need one provided that u r not a rote learner. And for mains u need to posses superficial knowledge about past 10 years current affairs. Though never touched any books after that but only editorials from Indian express as It was helpful and it is not biased. One thing that you need to take care is not to mention any political parties but have an optimistic approach and only ur positive views as u r appearing to become a civil servant.
Luck does play a very significant or vital role not just in exams but in real world too.
Heard in a news that an aspirant cleared UPSC without any study materials and tutors. He read only The Hindu for last ten years and his mother was a faculty.
Though I don’t substantiate myself as I never liked The Hindu as I found it to be biased but their articles do provide some ready-made content for the questions and one can make a note of it as bullet points.
Some click software that directly copy paste into ur notepad or MS Word along with foxit reader does the job for getting some great content out of net and u can download Wikipedia DB anytime into ur PC

Seriously, mereko toh lagta hai aap teeno ki badhia jamti hai.
Honestly bolun aap teeno ki ek story dimaag baithi hui hai where asokwa is lover of @Plato aur aap dono ki matved suljhate ho.
check the terms, it will not be a bond, rather it will be an agreement that they will train you and the training cost will be blah blah and if you leave, they will recover that training cost against that.
apart from this, Bonds arent legal but employers are still doing it but not naming them as bonds but an agreement.
