Error in ICICI Amazon card KYC

I have applied for ICICI amazon cc but not able to complete video kyc due to some error since 2 weeks (something went wrong). I am trying during working hours. Please see the attached screenshot. I have checked from laptop and mobile in different browsers. All required permissions are allowed to the browser and site (pop-up, redirect, camera, mic and location)

Did anyone recently complete the video kyc successfully?

my physical kyc is done 20 days ago but no update 😄😄 still on documents verification 😄😄

This alert is from the Icici backend, not from the browser. It seems there is some code error from their side. If you’ve cleared the cache and tried in incognito, I would suggest you contact CC with this screen capture.

Once they called me for kyc verification, I told them about the error but no solution given. Can I contact them through email or twitter. Please provide email id if possible.

@sauravDD Thank you. I contacted through twitter. They cancelled the application after few days and I applied again. Completed video kyc 2 weeks ago. Today they approved the card without any further verification.
