Excitel not refunding security deposit

Excitel has a refund policy of 60 days and it has already passed.

In the app they are showing a refund will be processed after 142 days (60 days already passed) so total 200 days.

Initially the app was shoing only 90 days. They automatically increased to 200 days without informing me.

I posted on twitter, they told me that the refund will be processed on May 28 only because of an issue with the backend.

Please guide me how I get the refund from these frauds.
