I paid rs.15103 from some third party app to my sbi cc but instead got msg from sbi that rs 1510300( fifteen lakh ten thousand three hundred)got credited to my credit card.
Should I report or leave it and wait?
Drop a mail to sbi pno and tell us the app name 
Also do every communication regarding this on mail only to keep proof for future
I thought about this but they will ask for bank statement and it will show different amount

Just report honestly.. ask them to take the money back. It has happened by mistake from their side.
Eventually you will have to return the money back. No one let's go of a rupee. Here the question is of 15L.
Get refund...close credit card. ...encash it ...close bank account

Yes for repayment of my home loan which is already with sbi .
Its still in unbilled transaction and most probably they will rectify before settlement or on next bill generation.
same happened with me once when i did cc bill payment with ******.Instead of once double payment was done to my card.I withdrew that amount to my savings ac.
What happened then?any problem and what was the amount
SBI Card morons must have typed some extra zeros while manually crediting/refunding the amount
Looks like that 3rd party app management paid extra difference by mistake, like paid ₹ - 1510300 instead of ₹ - 15103.00 🙆♀️
Ignore it. You dont need to do anything, they will make corrections themselves.

It will be refunded before settlement as payment above credit limit isn't allowed. As your credit limit is 2.2L it will be refunded to source account.
what if 15 lakh is refunded back to the source? 
Wait for settlement. They will take it back.

What if this is a kind of scam where a huge number of users are drawn to pay bill and ghosts you?

Seems the dot key (.) isn't working, of the third party app executive's computer.
