Extremely poor after sales service

Fetise.com’s after sales service is horrible. I ordered 4 T shirts in June 2012. It being a new site, I took the utmost care to ascertain that I’d ordered the correct size-Size XL. In fact, I’ve never ordered a wrong size from any site ever. Imagine my consternation, when after they having their time to ship the shirts, 1 month and 2 weeks later, I received packets of T-shirts all of size L (I’d ordered XL). I accidentally accepted one of the parcels and refused to accept the other 3. I tried to visit my order history on their site, and recheck. I was surprised that my orders which had originally read “T-shirt Size XL” now read “T-shirt X Size L”. It was apparent that there was a site error.

I tried to call up customer care. Though they had advertised multiple lines, there was only a single phone number which was not toll-free. After waiting at the other end for eternity, I was connected to a customer service person. After explaining my issue, he wouldnt accept that it was their mistake. But he said they would issue a replacement of correct size. I agreed, and waited for another week. At the end of the period, again I called them up, and this time another service guy. He did not know anything that transpired at my last call. No word about the replacement promised. I said they should have already received the returned parcels. I told him to issue refund when they received the parcels. He agreed. Again after a few days I called them up. Another person talked to me, and didnt have anything concrete on the refund. I lost my patience and sent a legal notice to the CEO. Two days later, somebody on the higher end called me back and agreed to send a refund. After another 4 days, my refund was processed. 6 days later I received full refund.

Overall it was a bad experience for me. I would like to avoid Fetise.com in future.
