faced issue in icici pockets wallet rs 6000 stuck

Logged in pockets wallet app, also have amazon icici card and after sim verification it asked to enter amazon icici cc pin for further login

Since then whenever I try to add money via pockets.number@icici
Money gets debited from my account via UPI and also scratch card gets added to pockets but money not reflecting in pockets wallet.

Anyone any idea what's happening ??

Money will be refunded to source.. they have stopped add money via UPI from the last few months. Use Netbanking to add money

You will get refund. I also faced similar issue few mths back. You can only add upto 3000 at a time.

pockets all has become very buggy. Only load from linked ICICI Acct works well.
