Fake and expensive products even after applying coupons
Ordered for the first time in 22 Jan 2018 and now going to return the product after the delivery because whatever I have ordered is completely different than what I have received and while communicated to their customer care they said we have only that product and they are saving themselves by saying that on the app or website, we have mentioned that product may vary.
Fake and very expensive products. They would provide joining coupons or cashback kind of things but their products even after applying the coupons are not worth.
I have uninstalled this crap app.
Other Eccom sites are offering very good products in good price.

So the universe of shoppers is pretty large – majority of users dont think much before purchase and unfortunately are very gullible, add this to the problem where products targeted towards parents of new borns/adolescents are generally very expensive (check out mothercare and ‘mom n me’ ).. . Firstcry thus becomes a good business to run.. Unfortunately though..
