Fake people with pathetic service.

I booked a washing machine this Sunday, the sales person told me that there is an offer going on with Croma of 5% gift of the product amount. I selected the product, paid and they gave me the assurity of very next day delivery, After payment, the sales person told me that the offer is not valid for the product I purchased, and they deliver the product on Thursday. No one was taking responsibility about the delay delivery and when I called, they were not accepting their mistakes. This is the second and last time I purchased with Croma, they do fake promises and fake discounts. They are giving fake and pathetic services.
