Fake Sellers on Amazon
Recently i bought ALT QLED TV 50 inch for 19999Rs only. Seller is KM Electronics Store. Seller is brand new. At the time of buying i thought its Amazon delivered so possible in 1 day.
It was showing as 1 Day delivery and later on i received DTDC Tracking fake no.

I have received invoice with Valid GST Details. But how to get number of the seller from PAN/GST Details ? tracking is not valid and seller is unreachable as i don't have details. I have requested amazon for refund. but it would take upto 7 days for cancelleation from shipping date.
Any idea/suggestion would help.

Tv comes in fragile category of shipment.
it takes time to deliver. Stay Calm.
If bought from other than Prime sellers, just wait for the item to get delivered.
dont forget to record video at the time of taking delivery and also while unboxing.
to break it to u as is: You are in trouble in terms of mental torchure (days of customer care followup) but a kind of relieved from monetary torture if u record the video at the time of delivery and Unboxing.
Happened to me with the order of CYCLE and it took 20 days to get refund and 10+ customer care calls.
whats return policy?
Did you receive tv? Facing same issue ordered on 26th Feb today is 6th March . DTDC tracking still shows data not available.dtdc cc says no idea of this and asking to share booking receipt. I guess some big scam is happening.my 30,000 rupees got stuck
(If enquiring with customer care or with ECR team, then ask them if seller used EasyShip and or EasyCS.. easy customer care is a service Amazon sells to sellers to take control of refund, replacement and provide customer service on behalf of the seller).

I always alert that dont go for seller fulfilled products
people ignore saying that its Amazon No Risk in trying

New seller can take time. Every new seller is not scam/fraud.
Companies like DTDC also takes time to update the details on their portal.
Even if you aren't confident about the product and service, then also wait for Amazon to take action.
