my friend has two fast tags for vehicle.
old one kotak and new one icici ( took few months ago )
Both are active as of now.
Does the old kotak fastag close automatically and gets refunded ?
or does he have to raise request to close ?

It will get disabled automatically on 1st March due to one vehicle one tag campaign.
Refund is doubtful as no clarity till now.
Most recent one will remain valid, existing all will be disabled/deactivated
