Park+ runs discount offers on Fastag recharges. Previously there was even 20% off. Now can see 10% / 5% .
Once you have a good Fastag balance, while paying for fuel at Hp petrol pumps, scan their Hppay QR code and use your HP pay app to pay for the fuel. In hppay app Fastag balance is available for payment.
I'm on the same page, already bought IDFC First Bank FASTag from Park+ and I've heard Park+ gives good offers on recharging FASTag, for referral, feel free to DM
Rest, I'm yet to activate FASTag and use it via HP Pay app ... the main hiccup I've is, I don't own a car yet and trying to activate it for a two-wheeler, only to use the balance for refueling at HPCL fuel pumps via HP Pay app.
