lien has been marked on your FD to give your credit limit of your card. once you close your card, lien will be automatically removed. it's a secured CC basically.
tds will be calculated from interest earned, in your case it is Rs.1764 but don't worry it won't be deducted if you have this only fd with such a small denomination.
