Feature phone with UpI and 4G hotspot

Hi,
Has anyone attempted moving away from smartphones back to feature phone.
If yes, I am looking for some suggestions. Can you recommend any 4g feature phones which gives hotspot option and can scan QRs for UPI payments.

Many clamshell (form factor) and candybar phones in markets like Japan are popularly used even by younger generation.
If one's budget permits, can go for stylish phones with both features.
Else if able to sacrifice the hotspot feature, then Jio has amongst the cheapest keypad phones to support UPI (including scan and pay).
