Federal Bank CC application Experience! 😕
One of the worst, applied twice rejected both times with reason, I don't meet the criteria.
When asked about which specific criteria they just give lame answers?
below things didn't help me get even basic cards
1.780+ CIBIL (they told they don't check this for eligibility😆?)
2.FD worth 35K
3.Fi-federal Infinite Plus Bank ACC
4.2.5 Year + Credit History without any remarks
5.Primium CC from Multiple Other Banks
What Else do you guys think they check? or it's just the plain stupid systems?
I was only interested in their CELESTA CC, but now looking at their reply to mails, it doesn't feel it's good bank with
is it good idea to close the Fi Account and FD with them?
their mail reply to my grievance mail. the reply takes 3-4 days, and all are lame.

I have a Fi Account it’s not hidden I have mentioned this to them via mail as well😬
have fi account, tried for federal core cards,
for many moths it just showed no offer available but last month when i checked it worked
limit matched with highest credit limit available among my other cards
got option to chose all federal cards, i chose celesta
instant card generation and card showed in federal app within 5 mins
my advice is just keep checking for card offer every month, as in my case eventhough i fulfill each and every criteria still they didn't show any offer for me for months but then all of sudden i got it
I have tried twice till now. first time in Oct and in Feb.
If I'm not wrong, they have cooldown period of 3 months before you can check again.
So currently it shows offer unavailable.
By the way may I ask
how did you get eligible for CELESTA, I was also looking for the same.
and What's your Eligibility looks like CIBIL score and Income/month?
Everyone who has got Federal cards easily is salaried. For self-employed, they are a hostile, terrible bank and don't approve
I got federal last month pre approved for some reason it didnt ask any documents or employee data details ,im self employed also i used to hold fi last year march i tried to apply for federal i got rejected some other reasons i closed fi and few months later i applied for federal this time it got approved
How long you are having Fi ? It’s just been 2 month for mine
Same happened to me also.
Later I applied for my wife, has not strong cibil, (recently Amazon ICICI card approved with 70k), celesta card approved instantly with 3.2L limit......😜

OneCard owners are not eligible.
Last time when I had tried to apply, it was showing no offers available & now it's showing "You are already availing the services of Federal Bank Credit Card"...
Even though Federal Bank card's offers don't apply to the OneCard. For example, on Swiggy, I can't use Federal Bank CC offers on OneCard.
I don’t own any card from Federal or their cobranded cards like one card , still it shows no offers , in the FI App It shows eligible for Amplifie card but I don’t need it
Showing pre-approved offers for 3 cards, which is best to apply? It says life time free is it?

I've heard of people being rejected if they hold a Fi account. I thought it was only co branded cards. DO you have any such hidden relation with Federal?
