yesterday i send 5000 rupees to my cousin fi account and he received the money instantly but when he trying to do any transaction, showing bank has disabled user. then he opened fi money app and there is showing "user is temporary disabled". immediately contacted to their cc and he said to wait for 3 days . don't know why they blocked the account and also he can check his balance through Paytm upi but unable to do any kind of transaction. please someone suggest what to do now. it was a mini kyc account.Â

Mini kyc limit is 1 lakh, you almost reached 1 lakh (85k used).
Dnt use neo banks for too much UPI/card transactions.

now what's the solution bro? my 6000 rupees stucked their and they are not responding. contacted them on email ,call,twitter but only one ans given from 4 days. 5-7 days wait karne ko bol raha hai😔😔
