Only 474 reviews, though 392 out of this are 5 Star!!
Some ppl have highlighted risks/bad experience reflected also in 40 “1 star” ratings (E.g. Ajay Singh: Account se paisa cut ja raha h. Wallet me nhi aa raha h. Useless app.)

Observation: Jitne paise nahi, uss se zyada to no of wallets ho gaye hain installed…aur ab ye payments banks!!
btw, payments bank a/c-after wallet is converted to it-normally do not allow option to add money using credit cards/prepaid cards etc…

App appears rudimentary-and not much useful:UPI and some sections showing “Coming soon”
Add money: Does not work with Amex. Citi Visa worked.
Send Money to bank: Min 100 allowed through IMPS. Charges as high as 20 for 100… 
Offers section: Hardly anything. “0.75% CB on Fuel Txn”
Elec bill payment: 28 odd standard billers there in dropdown…

Agree.
So overall conclusion in my view:
App: Rudimentary interface+some parts more like work-in-progress.
Wallet: Avoid-as not much useful. Money will get stuck-as transfer to bank is chargeable (at high rate)
Payments Bank: May be useful, but app interface still not that great. Reliability untested as of now. Better to wait and rather go for Paytm/Airtel Payment Banks if you want to go for that-which would give ‘same benefits’ with better/more reliable /solid brands and apps…
T: I am taking out (thru txn) Rs.10 transferred from Visa card-and for now uninstalling the wallet app…
