So i had bought a watch bolt beast pro worth actual mrp 10999/- bought for 1999 current price from Amazon and now on their website 3499/- and it stopped working after 4 months, so sent for warranty claim they say that they don't have in stock even though the same piece is available for sale in their webpage, hence will provide coupon of the invoice amount so that I can buy anything worth the same price or pay for higher amount and buy (no refund itseems).. that way they take back the product and force you to buy a new product of lower quality or pay more for Higher product, and unsure what happens if I have a warranty issue in the new product what will they offer, anyone please suggest what to do? Calls they do not answer have waited for 10-13mins 2-3times no one answers.. tagged on twitter they are yet to respond almost 2 days up..

Damn! Thanks for sharing this, I almost bought one of their watches and stopped myself from doing so.. will totally ignore. So many of my friends got it, will probably get bored after a few months and stop working it anyway as the battery life of these watches are horrendous

True, it's always better to buy from reputed brands.. these new companies create so much confusion in the name of discounts.. without any service, just target sales and dump products to consumers.

Avoid Products of this cheap Brand, Recently Ordered a watch, Look and Feel is very cheap. Pure 3rd Class Chinese Product with lots of Fake Reviews. They even don't have their own app to manage the watch.

After all the hustle , calling , mailing every possible way also via consumer forum i ended up getting a call back from the customer care and a lady I spoke to over 25mins somehow agreed to give the same product back with different colour which i agreed in return she asked for the coupon code to be sent on her personal number so that it can be voided and then they can send the product, irony is after i sent the code i never got a call back when I repeatedly called she stopped picking up the call, finally i tried with unknown number and she picked and said SHE LEFT THE JOB CONTACT BOLTT CUSTOMER CARE or she will give someone's number from the team who doesn't pick up the call either, meanwhile the coupon was showing expired too from the day i shared to them, just today randomly i tried checking the coupon back and it worked so i immediately ordered something and .. ps I know I shouldn't have shared the coupon via dm but they already had access to each and everything so thought it could be their way of work..now I'm feeling like something is better than having only a charger

Continue post, now after buying a different version of the watch and using for 1month it stopped working as usual Ill have to complaint and they will be like you will get coupon buy a new one.. only catch is the warranty won't be a fresh one it will continue as per previous device..
