fk axis cashback not processed!

what is your statement generation date, cashback would be credited normally 2 days before next bill generation and sometimes 2-3 days after bill generation too due to technical issues

Better use SBI cashback CC confirmation of cashback within 2 days. !!

Your statement date might be March 15th. So wait till April 12-13th for cb credit.

Is the cashback amount mentioned in the pdf statement against the transaction?

Yes it's 15 march, dues cleared on 16th march itself. Usually cb processed by 20th but this time it's been more than 20 days

same here, my billing date is 1st of every month. Bought an iPhone 14 pro max from FK on 18th. Didn't got the 5% yet. Called axis cc, they said it will come next month billing. I said this never happens. Then she talked to supervisor and said it will come in 2 days.
