fk axis cashback not processed!

I made an offline tranx in march worth 32k using fk axis card.
I also received 1.5% will be credited msg.

Bill cleared.
No cb processed.

Is it only for me or ur cb has also not processed?

What can be done now?

There is a logic behind Cashback posting date in AX FK when you read T&C carefully even on Flipkart website, it's mentioned there clearly.

If your transaction date is 1-15th March then cashback will be settled and adjusted in Apr month Statement.

And If your Transaction date is 16-31 March then CB will be processed in May month statement. Be it any billing Circle, Simple and Clear.

I have Flipkart Axis, Hdfc millenia, sbi simply cliq and cashback card. Which one will give more cashback for offline transaction like Dmart, More?
