FK Yantra app not able to verify my imei

My imei is correct, never rooted never changed. But the FK delivery agent uses this 3rd party Yantra app to check which is not able to validate. Although with *#06# it's showing correctly but the flipkart agent is refusing to accept the device without Yantra app validation.
Has anyone faced the same issue? Any suggestions or solutions?

Try and apply the same IMEI number in the flipkart app by selecting the option exchange. This will verify you IMEI is correct and you can show the same to FK agent also

Imei is correct. Can also be verified via *#06# but the agent insists on verification on the app too.

Starting from Android 10, no 3rd party apps are able to access device physical/Hardcoded ID which include IMEI and serial numbers. To access this information apps must have access to READ_PRIVILEGED_PHONE_STATE permission, which is not possible for 3rd party apps (which include google play apps as well as other 3rd party apk files). Only device manufacturer's or OS developer's apps can access this information because only they have access to READ_PRIVILEGED_PHONE_STATE permission. This is new security features. Any other identifiable device information can be used to identify unique device but unfortunately they get reset when you reset device or change key.
That is why FK 3rd party app is not able to access phone IMEI and i think this is one of the best privacy feature introduced by google. Previously everyone was asking permission to read phone IMEI.
