I had ordered a mattress for Rs 7039 from Flipcart and cancelled the order due to long delays. The item started showing delivered and to resolve it, I made 17 calls from Feb to mid Mar with assurance of refund.
Today, they claim that I had taken delivery of a King size mattress without my knowledge on 04 Feb and the issue is resolved from their end. It simply means they have embezzled the money and my calls are being disconnected from customer care.
What should I do next ?
did the wishmaster make a call to you? Is the invoice delivered to your email id?
if its cc then you may dispute with cc company
