It might be due to cancellation.

Mine was blocked too…
I ordered 6 quantities of loot cushions (pack of 5), later seller sent single cushions only, so have to file for replacement, still he sent single cushion only, so finally Flipkart cancelled all orders on 2nd time. & Suddenly a day i received a mail saying due to many cancellations in my account they have suspended my account. Tried all the way to communicate them but still of no use, reply is same.

Nothing can do once account blocked you will get same response as your problem is forwarded to a concern team…..
Do you have any gift card balance or cancelled order refund ???
If not then make a new account
