Flipkart account blocked for 2nd time within 5 months
Flipkart is really shit. They are blocking accounts as if everyone is fraud, but in reality they are equally responsible for it. They don’t take genuine returns also if you received damaged item by any chance.
So frustrated by them.
Did most of my shopping this sale season on flipkart itself and they have again blocked my account because I have received a damaged item and I created return.

There is something in common which you did in both the accounts that triggered the block.
Figure that out and avoid that in the third account if at all you intend to shop again on flipkart.
bro, both time it was similar issue. They don’t accept that they could be wrong in product quality.
If your purchase to return ratio is 2:1 or… 50% or more items returned then it should be a Red Flag to their system automatically. You can contact them on twitter but don’t know if it would help
