I had placed an order for Pentasure DM in Flipkart
The order has four Pentasure Packs, each pack contains 1KG.. so in total it is 8kgs..
They had sent me just 1kg and marked all 8kgs are delivered... I had raised a complaint on the same... including the photos of the carton box and CCTV camera footage... They had rejected saying " order got delivered " confirmed by delivery guy.
when I reopened the request mentioning the images & cctv footage and told them see the box and let me know how can that small box contains 8kgs of pentasure... They had rejected the reopened complaint and blacklisted my account... without giving any notice or clarification on it.
Can someone help me to understand.. How can I fight against this?

You need to contact telephonically and explain your issue to Flipkart Customer care. Account is not blacklisted just based on one order, it may be because their system has flagged your account for commercial use based on the quantity ordered. No one can justify 8 kg for personal use.
Sometime when sellers do not have the requisite quantity they dispatch the available quantity and customer has to request the refund of balance quantity. If the Seller is Hexagon Nutrition itself who is the manufacturer, the chances of deliberate fraud is less.
When I had seen two kgs here coming for 1582/-.. I had ordered 4 quantities..
and they had delivered just one kg... and MARKED ALL *KGS delivered, isn't that a cheating or scam? They should cancel all other 7 kgs and return my amount.. instead they marked all 8kgs delivered.. and I had called them four times mentioning everything... shared the images + CCTV footage image as well just to confirm the size of the box which cannot contain 8kgs of pentasure. even after that they had cancelled my return request and blacklisted me...
blacklisting you was wrong, but sometimes it's the holy power above all is hinting you that you are doing something unnecessarily. i mean the purchase and 500gms daily consumption.
i am not undervaluing doctor prescription if you have, i am just saying take it with precaution.
When the patient was in Hospital, the doctors given almost 800gms in a day... over food pipe...

Now I order COD only from Amazon and Flipkart because they refused to accept that item didn't delivered by them
Flipkart sellers are making customers fool by fake product picture. E.g. there was some deal of 5 lady kurtas, where 5 kurta picture is there, but in description somewhere mentioned only 1 kurta quantity. Also seller make minimum quantity 5. At the end you get 1*5 kurta instead of 5*5 and FK cust care never listen.
So check your product description in detail, whether 1 pack is mentioned, even picture is for 2. Also check weight in description, and then check if you multiply to 4 quantity, can it become 1 bigger quantity pack. I am just guessing, as these are the ways to make customer fool by flipkart seller.
P.S. - I know title of product mentioned 2kg. But even if any slight mention of lesser quantity in description, Flipkart will take that as final.
How many orders are fk showing in order history? It should show 4 orders for 4 quantity. Raise complaint for each item for 3 products for non delivery. Cc will look in to each item separately .
I have shared the carton box and the product in them.. including CCTV footage( as an image ) just to make the seller understand that small box cannot contain 8kgs of the product...
Flipkart customer care is shit now. I ordered a shirt which was cancelled by the seller. Got an automated call from Flipkart that I could place a new order and they would give Rs. 500 gift card as compensation. The shirt price was up by 300 but I still ordered. After delivery, I called them for a gift card but they said only Rs. 50 will be given as they can see only that amount. I also shared the recording with them of automated call where clearly 500 was mentioned and their reply was this must be a bug, sorry.
i think seller is at fault. Only mistake by OP was to receive the order by seeing the carton size. I faced one issue where i ordered a basin but got toilet seat.I called up the seller and he said maybe some mistake happened. I returned the item and got refund. Flipkart is becoming less and less reliable.
No fault Bro. Since all orders are created separately so sellers sometimes even send orders in different boxes.
Dimers are talking about the quantity which I don't think should be an issue if the system is allowing to purchase it. There are products were quantity is restricted. I have myself out 4 kg of Pediasure (not Pentasure) as it was having 20% discount and addition 5% on buy more get more offer. Fortunately, I received all four.
In this case, the seller is a cheater and unfortunately nowadays Flipkart (after taken over by Walmart) is giving more benefit of doubt to the sellers. I am surprised that flipkart blocked the account on just one instance where OP has all the proofs. I am now scared to shop on Flipkart.
Recently, I ordered a ladies sandal priced at Rs. 800 and the seller sent a hawai chappal which will cost Rs. 50 in local market. The return pickup was scheduled but the delivery boy refused the pickup saying this is not the product. After talking to with customer care for 3-4 times, the product was finally taken back. I am yet to get the refund from them.

Drop an email to escalation desk now. If they don't help then drop an email to grievance officer and cs head. If no one from flipkart is helping you out then raise an online complaint via national consumer helpline. Finally offline consumer case filing followed by court hearing.
Go one by one , keep evidence and various timelines handy.
The whole process will be tiring and troublesome. Hopefully you will get your refund and account back.
File chargeback if paid via Credit Card.
I faced similar situation with JioMart. Ordered 4 blender juicers got 1 only and marked all as delivered. Fortunately after raising the ticket they refunded the balance amount in 10 days. Multiple followups were needed though.
Take your business elsewhere where you are respected & blacklist Flipkart.
Always avoid UPI as online payment option as no option for chargeback.
If you prefer UPI then do COD and open the packet on spot and then only pay; if delivery guy refuses then Return To Sender. (At least you wont loose money)
Now since in your case damage is already done then do the formalities of customer grievance redressal available with FK; wait & move on to National Cosumer Helpline and cosumer forum/court etc.
Finally take this as a lesson and next time do COD for anything online and tell the delivery guy that only after you finger the parcel then only you will pay.

Luckily, i haven't been blocked by flipkart till now.
They have been following account block thing from last 3-4 years.
Sadly you don't have other options but NCH, consumer forum or proper civil case.
You may also tweet Flipkart but deaf ears won't listen 😑
Flopkart is not afraid of NCH, if they are really afraid they would have stopped account blocking. recently I did not hear anyone whose issue got resolved by complaining to NCH. Anyway that doesn't mean we should not complain, it's our right fight for it.
Keep us updated if they remove the account from blacklist/unblock it. These fuccers always say that we don't have an option to unblock account. I have 2-3 accounts blocked for no reason.

My account is also blocked by flopkart, after they only cancelled my grocery order due to lack of items. What to say now, sent mail but got response saying due to high cancellations blocked. Even if they cancel also we are at risk

I had similar issue with Amazon. Ordered 5 items but delivered one only. Went to consumer court and got verdict favouring me.
Did you apply online also or only in offline consumer court?
Make a YouTube video of all the proofs that you have spread it on social media. I hate Flipkart for not taking the minimum responsibility in these cases. With enough support from social media, your issue will be escalated and resolved quickly.
Also just the weight of the package you received. Does it mention 8kgs or 1kg.

My order is yet to be delivered I made purchase on 16th October 23 and now they are not cancelling it and says it can not be delivered. They just took my money. This was my last order on Flipkart. chor hai pure ye log
The reasonable suggestion is please forget about the account and start a new one , In the past i also faced the same issue but no help from flipkart .
