Today same happened with me. I had ordered laptop and seller has cancelled the order and when i had enquired why they have cancelled the order , they have simply blocked my account. I have 2900 wallet balance in that account and had to pay 365 rs to them also

write to them on mail in detail and also don’t discuss on calls and all. written is like a proof that u were ready to pay but fk is not responding accordingly. also contact on all social media platforms. always keep proof so as to show it was not ur fault. it always comes in handy in needed times.

They think..ppl having multiple flipkart accounts are fraud .. as per them.. we should not order multiple mobiles even if we really need to ! They expect every user have their own mobiles and laptops.. to login and order from ! How insane ! If my uncle wants a mobile.. I cant order ! They expect new customer only should buy a mobile logging into mew desktop or laptop ! Such an idiotic measure as if they are giving mobiles for dead cheap or free !!

We all know.. for returns and exchanges..how they treated everyone.. they literally tortured with long waitings and giving inappropriate reasons not to accept ! So, you cant get your money by returning a mobile…even if unused ! Wow ! They want to force to take another one if not this one !! Never seen such a business rules in small towns or villages too ! If we dont like something..we have every right to return it… and they back them up .. putting non customer friendly terms !!
They are just surviving with monthly sales (they don’t need a reason to put a sale !) and artificial demand created by so called flash sales !!
Lets see how long the bubble stays 
, may be untill walmart treats them properly or until the current funding is good to run for couple of yrs !
