I think its better to not redeem FK GVs into accounts before ordering. Its better to utilise GVs on the payment page itself, in which case I guess if they cancel order + block the account, the refund will be back in the GV instead of the blocked and inaccessible account.
Somebody please correct if thats not how it works.
These suckers are really on a blocking spree. Its so disgusting to hear so many people here having amount in thousands blocked with no resolution whatsoever, and having to give up. How can these A-holes eat people’s money just like that? Cancel as many orders as you want, restrict people to buy even basic phones, but how the F can they just block people’s accounts with GVs worth thousands in them.
At this time, nobody wants to keep even rs 10 chillar in fk accounts, while at the same time not missing out on any offer to accumulate Amazon GVs in their accounts. Sums up the customer trust part.

Yes i did pay them!
They said they would provide me a link to pay which took them 3 Months to generate and in the meantime they irritated me a lot by calling/messaging/mailing everyday to pay the dues. Even said they will issue legal notice.
After around 10 to 15 calls (in which i asked them to generate the link) and 3 months they were finally successful in generating the link. Paid at once

I have ₹598 due in pay later account, at that time i tried alot that how can i pay my dues, but all goes in vain…
kissht team told me to contact flipkart, and flipkart told me to contact kishht…
Today, after reading one comment here i mailed to kishht to provide the payment link…
instead of ₹598 they are telling total due amount us ₹5398/-, i think they are adding fines, but 9 times from actual and it’s all because of their fault not mine….

Either escalate or ignore as the agent sitting there is providing info what is there in their system…! So, if they send any hardcopy notice or softcopy or something like that where they r forcing u to pay then show those old communications as proof of their failure..!
Note: haven’t used pay later service of FK just suggesting in general!
