Flipkart Blocked my Account due to multiple returns

I have ordered many things which I am not able to track, this happend when I was returning a T-Shirt.
I have Flipkart gift card balance , multiple cards saved and 2000+ supercoins.
Anyone having similar issue? Please help.

People are locked out of their accounts with money stuck in flipkart wallets, pure daylight robbery. Just going by recent tweets there are literally thousands who are facing this. Scamkart finds new innovative methods to dupe people.
There must be some authority to look into this . When there is wallet balance and saved cards how can they block the account . Its daylght gundagardi to forfeit money ,irrespective of whatever reason to block account . There must be some rule for it to refund the money

Returns hi toh kiye hain....Bina products return kiye refund Lena cheating mein aata hai...complain about them on consumer helpline first, if not resolved, drag them to consumer court..pathetic malpractice is going on...
i cancelled multiple products over last 1 year (ordered, then changed mind before even shipping and cancelled). now im worried if it is considered as returns.
I cancelled 3 to 4 high value products, refused the delivery for one high value product and rest 5 to 6 normal return or replacement of clothes.

Unless you born lucky you can not recover flipkart account
I am trying to recover my account from 8 months in which my fault was zero
3 options you have
- Forget it and create new and use it (Simple and Easy one)
- Drag them to court or consumer complaint (May take Years)
- Call / email to support team every day till you loose hope(Will affect your Mental Health)
I faced the same issue while returning shoes. As soon as I clicked on confirm return option, I got "something went wrong error" and account logged out. Called CC team multiple times, no proper help from the team. And at last the superior executive was connected to me and he clearly mentioned - your account has been blacklisted, you can go to the next level(consumer forum/court) and Flipkart cant help you this time. I lost around 300 supercoins and some 40-50 gift wallet(so no big impact).
This is actually my secondary account and I havent placed too many orders in the last 1-2 yrs. The orders which I have placed were either delivered or cancelled(dry fruit loot) by Flipkart.

1. Flipkart & Amazon has completely killed the competition and has a duopoly now (Croma, Reliance Digital is still alive somehow and gives decent options on electronics) so they very well know that we have no other option.
2. For Flipkart, I have specifically observed that they are using a lot of automation and applying account based restrictions based on buying behaviour (for example I have placed arround 80+ Flipkart orders in last 1 year and touchwood I had to place 0 returns & only 2 cancellations that too of loots by Flipkart only) however for other accounts of my relatives/friends where there are cancellations and returns are present, Flipkart has imposed restrictions like 24 hr cancellation rule (it even states that this policy is imposed to promote and maintain a responsible buying behaviour) return restrictions and others which clearly serve as a flag that our account is going to be banned soon unless we change this buying behaviour.
3. For clothes and other apparels I would suggest to avoid Flipkart completely as they require the most returns.
4. Before buying from Flipkart, make sure you are 100% sure you want the item and will place no return/cancellation.
The sad truth is that Flipkart has the best stock when it comes to any electronic or large appliances be it mobile laptop TV anything compared to Amazon and it's not possible at all to completely stop shopping on Flipkart if we want to get the best deal. Even when I order for my relatives via my Flipkart account, I clearly mention that it's not possible for me to cancel the item or raise return unless something very serious happens.
If it's not possible for you to lessen the number of returns, I suggest shift to Amazon and keep Flipkart only for some exclusive deals.
The sad truth is that Flipkart usually doesn't reactivate the account however high you go. Even if you go to court it'll take years and chances are you'll lose the case as Flipkart has mentioned that they may forfeit the entire balance of account if anyone abuses their systems so it's better to keep no/minimal balance in your account.

Avoid fashion items from Flipkart or order only if you sure about quality and size.
Customers are no more king ,these Giants are ruling and will continue to, they very well know the game now and the fact that we are addicted.
Some people misused return policy
Last year I saw post where he was saying order grocery and ask refund they will not verify you will get product for free
Even you can find videos on youtube where openly they say how to do exploit return policy
Because of some all kings must suffer
Same happened to me yesterday evening.
Was about to return / exchange one pair of shoes due to size issues; account got logged out and blocked instantly
Had near to 20 orders in last year with 0 returns in last 2 years. No ideA what's their algo to block these accounts
Mailed them but no reply yet. Lost all supercoins and the membership. I trust Amazon more than FK
Looks very scary. What if what blocked during a refund tracking or order shipping.

You didn't do anything wrong or outside their policy. Agar returns se account block karna hai to pehle returns ka option mat do. They themselves approved the returns and there's no policy ki jyada return pe account block hoga. Robbery it is
As per fk, they don't have any tech to unblock account
what about your orders which are in transit?
One more problem is regarding warranty. I never downloaded bills thinking it's available and can be downloaded any time. But now I can't do anything.
Better we avoid flipkart and teach lesson to bring their business down.
They are asking money for opening pack to check at deliveries => suppose it is their responsibility to make the item good deliverables.
adding Sales one times charges (begging) => 10Rs
Keeping the money for 5 to 7 days and returning back to source => making interest from it and earning
This flipkart business is already down and we should teach lesson not to buy any and mark them or blacklist in fraud ecommerce websites,

I order a brief but instead got a vest with lower size. and whenever I call them the register the case I got the email but unfortunately in app it always marked as issue is resolved now I'm not able to call them with my number. its pathetic service and when the customer get frustrated then what to do. I know many malpractice which I don't do which even people are not aware. they are pushing me to get my revenge. Earlier also faced problems with FK which is resolved(not easily) but now it's too much.
One needs to understand from 3 prospectives:
1st: Flipkart: they are facing a lot of issues in order cancellations, as they need to provide POD to the seller in terms of returned items. Else, they will have to process claims, as many times goods are taken out and filled with something else in a new security bag of the ecom company.
2nd Seller: If the customer cancels the order before its received by the customer, its treated as cancelled and not as returns and seller is not charged for courier returns/ cancellations. However, he literally has to track the return of the goods and hopes he gets it intact.
3rd Buyer: If being a customer, you change your mind before its shipped, all good. If its shipped, & then its cancelled before delivery, the entire process in the above 2 scenarios happens.
Any goods having value more than 2k, one might face such issues.

No I can, my wife's account is at the same address No problem. The main concern is the bills of earlier ordered items, saved cards and Gift card balance along with unused super coins. I lost all.
I bought a Samsung 43" TV (~25k) and a Samsung Mobile for my wife (~32k) from Flipkart in this sale.
I am planning to but another mobile for myself (~32k or 40k).
Should I avoid buying it from same account so that Flipkart doesn't think that I am reseller?

Clothing and footwear will always have high return rates. That's expected since colour and fitting can only be ascertained properly in real.
It is BBD time right now. So do not even bother reaching out for help. All their energies are focused on selling stuff. I read that they even had to temporarily suspend Grocery services in some cities because they just had so many orders to fulfill where they earn much better margins than Grocery. Reach out to them next week and be patient. Give at least 3 working days for some response.
You may not be scamming Flipkart but there are plenty of shameless people who will buy a product from Flipkart with the clear intention of returning it after using it for 7 days (or whatever is the return period). These people deserve a place in hell and in attempts to catch them, some innocent customers get caught. Mostly the blocking is done by algorithms rather than humans. So, there is scope for error. There are also resellers (buy 10 phones at discount and sell them to shops). That's commericial usage and you are supposed to declare yourself a business customer for that.

In Mumbai they have started employing goons as wishmasters. An ill behaved goon comes at my doorstep to deliver orders and he doesn't even allow to do open box delivery for mobiles. He screams and shouts and even comes inside the house. He comes at night time only. He is damn scary. I just have my old father at home and can't fight with a goon cos I am a girl.
I complained against him to Flipkart and told them that let the delivery person deliver elsewhere but not in my house but Flipkart cs says they can't help as their own delivery partners aren't under their control and each area has a delivery partner assigned and they can't change him under any circumstance. So, I have stopped ordering electronics from Flipkart altogether. I don't trust Flipkart. They can go to any extent for profits.
I don't want to but still saying , a particular community followers are employed in wholesale as they are easily available at cheaper wages ,the original agent is someone else ,whereas these goons types are mostly employed under them .
My society also gets this goon types and strict instructions to watchmen to thoroughly track the movements of them when any such come , in my neighbourhood a girl child was home alone , by mistake she opened door assuming as expecting her mosi to come . That pathani dressed goon was about to barge in her house knowing her home alone, luckily i happened to come out of my house and asked the girl hows all , that goon hurriedly left . After enquiry with the girl we came to know that my asking hows all saved the girl . We checked our floor cctv and he was seeing here and there suspiciously before trying to get in the house. We scolded her mother and asked to be extremely cautious , and tell his father not yo order online
