Worst company never expected such unprofessional business model. They offered exchange for old phone but the EKART agent rejected saying he could see scratch on back panel and I should pay whole amount. Chat with in app support said it would be esc2and resolved by 6th Oct but my order was cancelled on 5th.
Then the mail came on 6th from [email protected] asking me to send images from all side of the exchange phone. But to my surprise the reply sent to the email ID bounced saying the mail closed.
And today on 7th another mail cMe from same id saying your ticket is resolved pLce new order with proper condition phone
Worst experience… Same phone with same exchange offer was available on amazon biggest mistake of my life trusted this flipkart

So jhak marke FK ke sivah no other option..
MI Store gives less exchange value..
Coming to topic op should have choose AZ instead of FK..I went for FK as mobile literally had no fault but still was rejected by FK wish master..But if u had AZ option should have opted for AZ..

Any Day Amazon Is Much Much Better If Exchange Is Involved. I Have Done Exchange Of Mobile (3) , Laptop (1). And There Was No Issue With Delivery Agent Ever.
Flipkart Just Breaks The Excitement For New Phone When The Agent Just Rejects It With Vague Reasons.
And Yes Flipkart Named Delivery Agents As Wish Master And These Guys Literally Took It And Are Doing As Per Their Wish 
Make a live video of whole thing, wish master won’t dare to do anything wrong
Hi,I have also ordered RN8 pro with exchange from Mi.com. So Delivery was done by EKART Logistics so he just rejected my RN3 and I have ordered phone using Online payment
and didn’t gave the new phone So, I am just Scared that i Would be getting the phone refund or not

Didn’t You Got Order Cancelled Email/SMS Till Now ?
If the offer is same or not significantly different, always prefer amazon
And use social media bro, thats more effective than email
