Flipkart fraud

Flipkart not delivering proper quanity of food ordered 

I had ordered packets of oats which was delivered in 3 different shipments of 2+2+1 with otps out of which 1 shipment had only 1 packet rather than 2 ..

Is there anything that xan be done as i have heard of account blocking bs from fk and i am having around 6k sc in that account .
