I have order on Flipkart and order got cancelled. Where I used 5000+2500 rs gv +other on card. 2500 gv is refunded and able to use but 5000 rs is refunded but not able to use as it is throwing error This gift card is already used or added in another account. please try using another gift card. But in Woohoo gv balance is showing full 5000 while checking. So what should I do?

Check wallet balance on Flipkart account, maybe possible that it is added to wallet and not back to gv

I'm unable to understand the problem here. You had 7500 (5000+2500) as flipkart gift card balance. Then you placed an order which was above 7.5k. When it was cancelled, you should got 7500 as gc balance and rest to your card. Now what's the problem? Only 2500 flipkart gc balance is showing?
5000 maybe refunded not able to use as it is giving gift card linked to another account or used

Gift balance showing full 5000. So who can help me regarding this. Need as fast solution as possible
