I have two issues. 1. Ordered a laptop on 22nd September and it's not yet shipped. Customer care is just passing time and giving me false assurances. 2. Ordered a refrigerator for which there was a 'free mixer grinder ' offer. Different customer care executives told different things regarding the offer. And today one agent told me the offer has now expired. Tried [email protected] but got no reply. Customer care is easy to contact but it seems they are helpless. Searched online for email IDs but couldn't find any.

5600H is at 92nd position in list. You can clearly see 12th gen i5 12500/12600H & ryzen 7 5800H are equivalent so obviously 5600H will be behind them.
