Find any ekart person moving around. Ask for the nearby hub location. Visit it, collect it.
Flipkart is not delivering my order [Resolved]

Hi dimers,
I ordered iphone for my relative last week from fk. Order is reached to final destination 4-5 days back.
But they have marked the order as out of delivery area with address pincode mismatch; but details are correct and previously they delivered to same address many times
why fk is not delivering my order?
Their escalation team is useless. First they told me wait for few days and now asking me to cancel order & place new one.
Should we visit ekart office to collect the order? I never visited it. This is worst online shopping experience for me

They can't because the product is received at a different hub for whatever reason (not the nearest one based on your delivery address/pincode). Usually, courier companies transfer shipments to the right hub in a day or two

Return jayega ye to . Mere sath 2 baar hua hai esa last 3-4 months phle . Sab address/hub sab kuch sahi tha old wala hi fir bhi ye problem aaya tha . Jab mene visit kra Flipkart delivery point pr to product damage hua tha fir return gaya finally.

If you are ordering any expensive electronic home entertainment items from fk, make sure to inspect the brand packaging before handing over the delivery OTP.
Insist that you wish to inspect the brand packing which is inside the fk's own transportation packing or else ask them to take it back.
If you find signs of re-packaging on the brand packaging, it is better not to accept the delivery. They are re-packing and sending returned and refurbished items as new.
I ordered an expensive home entertainment unit recently, when I inspected the brand packaging, it was re-packaged , so I didn't take delivery. Once you take delivery of the item, it becomes even more difficult to return it or you might still be sent a used or refurbished item again the second time.

Exchange is always risky with Flipkart, Here, they accept phones only they are in mint condition - same like new. Otherwise they deny to exchange.

The exchange process is strict. And I think mobile delivery with exchange takes time,so they were delaying.same thing had happened with me in 2021 big billion days sale.visited their hub and got it.

During mobile exchange, do they reduce the phone value as quoted at the time of mobile order ?
any important point to take care while exchanging the old mobile, as i don't have cable , charger, box , bill etc..............only phone available?
