Flipkart+mobikwik coupon issue

I redeemed my supercoins for 50rs off recharge code. Went ahead with 100rs airtel topup.. coupon code applied…went to pay 50rs… OTP did not received… No txn cancle msg too… Waited for long at same page then closed the app… After few mins otp received… Tried to recharge again… Coupon code getting applied but payment page is not coming up..getting error as coupon code already used..
However, there is entry of prev txn(when otp did not received) in txn history.
Any help on this guys… Sent mail flipkart cc for the same..

Not getting positive response from Flipkart.. they are asking to contact mobikwik… No response from them too
