What is the process to close the Paylater account? Can we just chat with CC and they would do?

I think they have reduced these rates
... earlier it was FREE then ₹10 Under 1000₹ Shopping and Now again ₹5.
Many People have closed their Pay Later Account because of these Charges ,I guess
