Flipkart Refund or Replacement

I have purchased mixer from Flipkart.
The sound of mixer is more & Jar smells like rubber.
& Can’t place a Return request.
There is only option for replacement.
I called CC also & They have made replacement request.
what If item is picked up before replacing and I deny the Replacement order during Delivery.?
will i get refund? or what… should i do I don’t want that Mixer brand it sounds more than expected.
please help with this.

talk to cc they will do refund.Happened to me 1st cc didn’t give refund and said only replacement available 2nd time I called again and they processed refund
