Issue – I had order a product worth 2k from flipkart & received it on 1 may. There was some issue with product so i had created a return and product pickup date was 2nd May. But till 6th may product was not picked up so I raised a complaint. Yesterday I received call from flipkart team & and they issued my refund. Product pickup is still pending & not given any pick up date for further.
I was fad up from calling them & their fake promises of wait for next 24 hrs, 48 hrs.
Can i skip return of product?
What will be further if I don’t return this item?

Keep that product aside and when they come give it to them.
They already issued refund. So collection is there problem.

My issue – ye mera secondary account hai , ek bar mai 4k ka 2 jeans order kiya tha Dec 2020 m, seller was Tayab Mnach Fashion (don’t remember exact name).2 no jeans ka size issue ho gya tha brand change karne m. Account block kar diya mera . Reason was excessive number of return and reality was out of last 20 orders I kept 16. I had raised many complaint but they always denied unblocking of account. 4k flipkart pay later ka bill pay krna muje bekar ka. ₹780 gift balance v tha wo v nhi diya🤬

Mere bhai issue ye hai k flipkart cc outsourcing hai matlab they hv very limited rights n to escalate they need to follow hierarchy n if their seniors find it suitable to then they escalate it to the client for further action! That’s why 1 in 1000 account they unblock sometimes..
So basically it’s all disgusting 🤬
Aapka account to wase bhi gaya to abb kyo chinta karte ho..
On other hand Amazon hv almost everything in-house that’s why they they don’t bother customer..!
I don’t think they will pickup . Same experience previous month(5-6 April) I order Extension board of 300 But Quality was not that durable so created return after 2 days raised complaint on twitter they refunded and still product not picked up

Bro, same problem but with amazon!
My item worth 999 was shipped through ecom express and when I saw later it was wrong, cheaper item and even the weight of the product was wrong in the label!
So it’s wrong item from warehouse itself.
Ecom express has not picked up after several requests and amazon is just giving tareek pe tareek 😰
I’m so fed up with their lying team.
What to do? Complained everywhere but getting copy paste troll like answers

Last year due to lockdown similar condition was there. After pick up date was crossed they issued refund and on later date product was picked up.

Finally my Return Pickup is Cancelled and refund was initiated long time back
Last October in BBD I had ordered a Lenovo tab (~21k). Since it malfunctioned in two days I placed a replacement request which firstly Flipkart could never pick up due to non serviceability in region where the product was delivered.
Later I shipped the package on my own via DTDC for which they said costs would be reimbursed but the return parcel could never be delivered in Faridabad since no one accepted the parcel at seller address given by them. Moreover they were adamant on not providing seller’s contact number. Thus the defective tab returned back to me.
On the other side they had shipped the replacement tab which was delivered to me as well. Later I literally pleaded them to take the defective tab back somehow as it was flat 20k loss to seller but they couldn’t/didn’t.
Finally in January I went to the Lenovo service centre and had the defective tab repaired under warranty. Now both the tabs are working nice.
did they ever attempt pickup? Same thing happened with me. I raised a return request for a bag worth 2.5k. they issued refund but never picked up the bag. It’s been around a month now.
