I am unable to retrieve or delete items under "Saved for Later".

Try adding a product in cart, click save for later and see if the section is visible below the cart items.

Just go to accounts> wishlist> my wishlist> open and click 3 dots on the top right corner of the product you want to remove>remove from list
And done ✅
