Fraud

Myntra is a fake shopping site they take money from customer deliver wrong product and they dont refund money back so i have ordered jeans for me they delivered very pathetic quality product however i arranged exchange on 11th oct 2021 yet i have not received the exchange product and they arw not even refunding my money though the product is out for delivery since last week and at the end the product is not getting delivered i am raising a complaint since last week by speaking to all maneger i also spoke khushbu title even she was rude and endup with nothing again they are asking me to wait for 5th of November without resolution by only saying we have raised complaint please wait huhh its fraud do not buy anything from myntra
