I was cheated by Lenovo India not once but multiple times !
1) Phone was kept in service center for 120 days and even after that phone was returned UNREPAIRED !
2) LIED CONSTANTLY by service center and Lenovo operation head of East India Mr Shantonu Majumder that Motherboard and touchpad has been REPLACED but it WAS NOT (have call recordings as proof which i mailed lenovo India)
Shantonu majumder Operation Head of lenovo for East india was instructing the Lenovo service center in Siliguri guy named Arun to order part and still not replace it.. even asked him to wipe the phone properly and keep it for few weeks or month so that it seems that motherboard and touch pad has been replaced .. fortunately he was speaking via my phone and the call gt recorded !!!
3) Made me travel 1200kms exclusively to collect saying phone has been repaired but it wasnt although service center and Lenovo Senior confimed and both knew I would be travelling 1200kms and assured me thrice !! (since gave phone in another city since for work I was there and warranty was to expire in 3 days) (have call recording proof already mailed to lenovo)
And on top the owner started shouting at me to go back without collecting the phone .. i mean WTF I travelled 1200kms that too after Lenovo Senior Shantonu and the service center confirmed me thrice that phone has been repaired .. they knew i will be travelling 1200kms and still didnt repair neither they did Do software Update
4)Willfully marked in system that phone delivered to customer in 7 days although given after 120 days (I was unaware of thos fraud about this got to know recently)
5) mailed lenovo after 25 days of submission that service center isnt repairing phone still they didnt tell me that as per system its showing delivered in 7 days and simply told u will get it soon NOTHING MORE
6) Customer care number is not reachable at all.. it will connect during non business hours but no executive will be available to speak to u .. and between 10 to 6 that is during business hours it wont connect at all (video proof of 2 mins:
)7) If by mistake you mail them or post on Facebook or Twitter they will reply the same thing that you will get your phone back soon (120 days and still soon WOW)
8)Even after 50 DAYS of disclosing the fraud to lenovo with all proofs still I havent been issued a replacement handset or any compensation for the harassement and loss of my time and money!!
Moreover they have even taken the defective handset before 18 days !!
9) Had exchanged around 64 mails over these 50 days with Lencare executive Sridhar Raghavendra ([email protected]) since he doesnt call or ignores mail most of the times
10) even crucial information which can be told over 2 mins of call but lenovo executives stretch them over 7 to 8 emails in 5 hours
11) For eg lenovo executive wanted me to submit the handset today itself for replacement for which he didnt cal but mail and on top he gave only address but didnt provide the phone number of service center for which I had to mail him back twice and wait for 2 hours to get the phone number
So to Sum up even after 170 days of harassement I still dont have even the defective or the Replacement phone with me and Only HOPE that Lenovo might issue a replacement soon !! 
Even many shopkeepers in Delhi mumbai Kolkata and many other parts of india feel the same

This is like 8th wonder in terms of harrassment.
If you sue them, sue them for a high sum because it will be settled for far less.
Because you have already been harassed for 170+ days and will spend valuable time on case also.
So go for figures in crores so that you may get atleast lakhs..

Yes that’s what. His case is different.
I faced problem once and Lenovo was very cooperative and fixed the problem in a day.
But I hope soon things will get resolved for him as now he is encouraged by the support he got here to take further step against lenovo. All the best to him.
I actually told them that i am tired contacting the yureka support team and told them that they were involved in the launch campaign -— this is where they felt their reputation is at stake.
Soon the Amazon executive told me not to worry, we`ll take back your phone and give you full refund.

i did travel although not just to collect the phone but had even soke other work so waited for a week and then travelled to collect .. But i was sure that they must not have repaired it

Visited both Consumer affairs and Consumer Court office today and they asked to send the company and service center a written notice by speed post giving them a deadline of 7 to 10 days to take appropriated actions else legal action will be taken .. they even said since i want to claim harasement and mental agony so i can even accept replacement set if they offer and still file a case in consumer court to claim against harassement 
Hope it gives a lesson to fat skinned lenovo which isnt bothered even after being told that i will move to consumer court if my issue isnt solved

Hey, you are working person right ? Then I’d suggest you too hire an advocate. Because I think you won’t be able to attend hearings regularly.
In my experience it took 2 yr’s + (2013-2015 )to get justice. That too after issuing arrest warrant (EA) by consumer court against GM of mobile company.
And sending a legal notice drama may don’t work like the old times. In my case they didn’t even appeared. The case run as a X-Party.
And u had to give proof like damaged phone’s PHOTOGRAPH etc…It’s weird scenario.
( Can’t say the name of mob company because of mou signed as a closure of my complaint)
Then I strongly suggest you to hire an adv and only follow up with him. U may have to pay 10-15% as fee. But it’s worth time saving.
It’s 85% sure that u will get a favourable judgement but it’ll definitely take time.

No I will be able to attend Hearings assuming it wont be more than twice a month just wanna know that is the case transferrable from one city to another .. I cant afford fees as i dont trust Lenovo Anymore and dont know what extent they can go upto !! maybe if district court penalises then they appeal to state commission but since am in Kolkata so i need not worry

@siddudeagarwal Hearing may be once in 2 months. It depends upon no’s of case the court handles.
And about transferring from one city to another… No idea.
But I’ve read that case can be conduct where the sale happens. But at the time of accepting bill there used to be a conditions like any legal action is under jurisdiction of specific court. It’s a contract na ? It’s actually a breach of contract.
But in my case I filed the case on my city CC where the sale happened irrespective of court they mentioned on invoice

time and my main fault was that after being cheated by service center and 2 to 3 lenovo employees i still trusted lenovo brand as a whole and thought they would help.me out but I Was WRONG ..the brand and the company itself is pathetic in after sales and support atleast the smartphone department !!!
Again I am saying Is Desk mai khoon ka case 10 saal mai close nahi hota aur 1 saal mai phone ke case ka result aane ki baat kar rahe hai

Thats why I said if Consumer Court helps its fine else I need to digest this incident and move on !! And yes regarding consumer court functioning i heard from few that they are better and faster than the Civil and Criminal courts for sure
Yes I heard the company intentionally doesnt send officials in 1st and 2nd hearing so consumer gets Tired and drops .. moreover since they have already set legal channels and lawyers so even if they loose in district forum they file in State commission so as to harass the consumer much more and make him drop the case
