My mobikwik wallet got debited on 30th November for two transcaions for Google Play recharge code. This was some fraud. I didn’t received ant OTP and wallet debit SMS.
Next day i made complaint to mobikwik, after 1 month i got reply from Mobikwik as this was used for transaction and can’t be done anything.
I also made compalint to cyber cell and they send my complaint to Mobikwik. Mobikwik provided them details that these transcations were done by me on Indane Gas. Now police is telling me that it is used by me, and i made false complaint. I also showed mobikwik statement to them, but they are not listening.
Pleses help. what should I do now

Mobikwik is a buggy app;
Last week I paid SBI CC bill of 9K and txn failed; surprisingly no entry in
History, no SMS nor even email, but money from Bank deducted
When
complained these dumbs asked me for Screenshot, I replied saying that
why would I have SS, asked why no entry in History or email or SMS;
They gave some useless standard reply like how to check history
But after 5-6 days my money refunded so I am at peace
after they stopped Supercash burn even my wallet is left with 10K+ bal and not able to use

They called me to cyber cell police station & showed the reply from mobikwik. In that recharged on my number for Indane Gas was mentioned. I have not received that document, they only presented to me for checking only.
My complaint with cyber cell is still open.
